"The bed was very comfortable.The room was nice and cold like I like. The managers were amazing. I forgot to tell them no maid service. When we got back to the room, it had fresh towels. I'm not very trusting of hotel personnel because of past theft. So normally I do not want maid service. However, bottom line, it was a comfortable stay. I loved hearing the train. The only con is there was a broke down pickup truck in front of our room. :("

"I have no clue how this place has an 8.8 rating. Definitely won’t stay here again. On arrival our beds were dirty. We had dried boogers and food crumbs in the bed. Looked like house-keeping just made the bed after another person and didn’t bother to put clean sheets. The entire hotel is noisy. People were in and out slamming the outside doors. The people next to us were up all night being loud. The upstairs person stomped around all day and night. And Breakfast??? Ha most mornings we went down...

"Staff was excellent. Property run.and out dated. Needs deep cleaning. Pillows uncomfortable."

"The property needs to be better maintained. Everything feels old and dirty. The carpets in the rooms feel sticky they are so old. Not enough towels in the rooms either. (2 bath towels in a room meant to sleep 4). Also don’t like microfiber bed sheets, you sweat in them as they are not breathable. Need to go back to cotton sheets. Also our AC stopped working when we went to bed then had to call to get it fixed. So inconvenient. Breakfast is okay, but the seating area needs a renovation too....

"There was an odor in the hallway and room. We had only two sets of towels for three people and were missing two lightbulbs. All around the tub was a gray color that reminded us of mold. Breakfast was very sparse. They ran out of sausage and biscuits. Each bed had three rather small pillows. We won’t be staying here again."

"We were looking forward to using the outdoor pool advertised, but it was out of use."

"When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was a real pain to move because we had unpacked out suitcases. Stephen Happel"
