"I called the hotel to ensure they had room in valet parking. I was told no. I had to find public parking. Then when I checked in they asked if I was parking a car. I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker ..."

"the locatio is excellent for walking arounf the French Quarter and getting transportation to other parts of the city. My room was really dark and I kept hearing the elevator shafts, even without it was worth the money"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Crown Plaza in New Orleans. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were right on Canal St. It was a 3 minute walk to Bourbon St. We had a very good experience at this hotel."
