We had a few small snafus but all in all it was pretty great. Our room was nice and off of the courtyard. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot. Due to Mardi Gras the pool was closed the whole time as they sell washroom passes is my guess. Not sure if those bathroom passes were worth ...

The property itself was nice. Not all of the elevators were working and the doors to the rooms are loud when closing/slamming shut.
