"The power went out for several hours. No backup power was available. From 10:30pm til about 6am in the morning there was no power and no AC. No relief was offered and no refund was given for any of these issues."

Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter
"Balcony right off Bourbon St. was absolutely amazing. They offer ear plugs and eye masks for sleeping but we had no problem with the noise. Even being there on a Saturday night, during a festival. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend!!"
