The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. The valet guys were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with multiple trips to our car in the parking garage.

AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter
When checking in we were notified there was a boil water notice, not a big deal. However, we weren’t notified when it was lifted. I’m not sure who dropped the ball there, but can improve on communication. Also, our stay was for 3 nights, I didn’t expect daily cleaning but we didn’t get cleaning/service ...

Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE by IHG
The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was with the hvac system in our room. It was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep with it.
