"The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. "I never heard a peep from any other room, which I was totally fretting about. It was very quiet. Nice, spacious room.
Good breakfast, coffee all day which I always appreciate! Pool, fitness room, laundry.
Decent location...just a 5-10 minute walk to the French Quarter, or a short walk to the French Quarter streetcar (to reach the further parts of the FQ). The streetcar to the Garden District is just a block away. We used the app and got the unlimited daily pass which is just $3/day.

"From check in with Daetreal to Pierre at the concierge this was an amazing place to stay! The beds were super comfortable and it was in a great location as it’s within walking distance of the French quarter and the king smoothie center. The breakfast was so good!
