I stayed at the One11 Hotel for 4 days during my trip to Nola. I landed in Nola a few hours before check in. I went over there expecting to leave my luggage until check in but was pleasantly surprised when I was advised my room was ready for me. Upon entering the room, it definitely gave me lofty vibes. The room had exposed brick, high ceilings, very chill and most importantly super CLEAN! The bed was very comfortable, I was actually looked forward to coming back just to sleep. The shower was spacious and no issues with hot water.
The location was perfect, Riverwalk is literally right behind the hotel and you're a short walk to Canal, Bourbon and Frenchmen.
The only part that felt off was that they had me sign something saying they could enter for service, but I never saw anyone my whole stay. No refresh, no check in. Then checkout day housekeeping was knocking like it was urgent on my door to remind me to check out. With that said, I wasn't really in the room like that anyway and needed nothing. I was outside enjoying the city, so it didn't ruin my stay... just something to note.
And I also appreciated them holding my bags due my late flight out. I got to enjoy Nola a little longer w/o dragging luggage around.
As a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time and I will definitely return.
