"Hotel reopened two days prior to our stay. Barry, the property owner, greeted us upon our arrival and explained that there was everything we may need in the lobby: coffee, tea, water, snacks etc. Our room and king sized bed was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom with free standing soaking tub. The view of the Hudson River from our balcony was spectacular. Wish we had a clearer night to see sunset over the Hudson. "My initial response was "Hotel rooms don't (can't) get much more generic than this, but it's clean and the a/c works." That's just what I was looking for.. Then, I noticed that the wall art in the room was actually a very nice picture of the big, old bridges. That extra touch added a half star in my estimation. As long as you aren't looking for something fancy, this is a winner."
