"Loved how walkable The Victoria Hotel was, especially from the train station! It was central to Galway, under a ten minute walk to the Latin Quarter, a two minute walk to the Square, and about 10 minutes from the start of the Promenade walk! We were pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade, and felt we couldn’t have picked a better location for exploring Galway!"

"There are too many stairs and no elevator. Some rooms do not have AC. The hotel is on Galway Bay and the grounds are beautifully kept with walking trails to the rocky beach. It is about 7 miles from Galway which could be an issue for some without their own transportation. We would stay there again."
