"Over all happy with the stay. It's clean and tidy close to every thing. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Large towls were missing and the hair dryer but were bought to the room as soon as we asked for them. Excellent service. Two down falls. The shower. Large people might struggle to get in the shower as the door hing is 1/5 along the door so the door when opened doesn't hit the toilet. Second issue the road noise. "The Highcliffe is lovely. Beautiful rooms, easy access to the beach, lovely staff and complimentary breakfast. Just a short walk to the beach and several places to eat. The walk from the beach to the hotel is uphill, but it's only a few minutes walk and there is plenty of parking right outside the hotel."

"Sea view, staircase was a bit steep, staff were friendly and helped me with my case, staff did come in my room when I had put a no thanks sign up, didn't bring this up with them though. Otherwise happy with stay."
