"A great hotel for families. Breakfast had both hot and cold food, lots of tables to eat at when it’s busy, lovely warm pool (not huge but clean), room was modern and very clean, parking only $5 a night. "

"This is a mixed review because overall we were very happy with our stay, the hotel was clean and cleaning ladies were super sweet. BUT, apparently they charge for parking passes and DO NOT inform the guests about this during check in. We were told we’ll get parking passes and didn’t tell us that there’s a fee for that. So the night before checkout they slipped a receipt under our room door with a balance to be paid. We spoke to front desk about it and they tried to argue it saying “it’s written online, you need to read it”. We didn’t see that online nor were we told in person during check in. Manny then told us we will wave the parking fee and apologized. After 2 hours he gives a call and says “sorry the manager John said we’re unable to wave this fee”. They are very unprofessional and it’s not ok to slip your guest a surprise bill. They should have told us during check in."

"First room was not clean but was offered another clean room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. No one else was at pool when we went on Easter Monday."

"The ad said there is a pool - THERE IS NOT. Check-in was fast but the guy was hard to understand. The room was cold, the tub had yellow stains (pee?) and hair, there was hair and cobwebs everywhere, the room was tiny for a "suite", the coffee machine was covered with white staining, the shower handle and toilet flush handle were very loose, and there were ants walking all over the bathroom. The pillows on the bed had hair from previous guests. The woman running the restaurant was very grumpy. Included breakfast was as basic as basic gets - not even eggs. Cleanliness is most definitely NOT a priority at this place!! I tried to speak to a manager but was denied. I was told I would be moved to a different room later that morning (which means if I had complained the night before, they had no other room to give me), and they ended up upgrading me to a normal sized room that was considered fancy. The sink was plugged and needed attention which they dealt with adequately except to leave a rubber glove on the sink, residue on the counter and remove the bath mat without replacing it. Also the fan sounded like a motorcycle engine, but no ants. Credit to Samjhana at the front desk for her efforts to fix the situation. The price, and a supposed 4.7/5 rating was the reason for choosing this hotel, but whoever called it 4.7 must be used to a cardboard box in a junkyard. After that first night, I doubt I would ever go back to this hotel again!!"

"The rooms were good. Spacious and met our needs especially the family suite. Pack n plays were in good condition. Pool needs a good clean. The pool sides have not been done in some time. Breakfast was busy and got bogged down at the toaster. Need another toaster or a fast continuous feed toaster. "
