"We stayed there over multiple weekends to attend medical and business appointments. One weekend the vending machine containing items that we needed and had forgotten like toothbrushes was broken, the next the pool was out of order, the next the elevator was broken and we were in a fourth floor suite with ten trips up and down the stairs with heavy boxes to lug up and down and I am in my late 60's. Overall, it was a nice room and some of the staff tried their best!"

"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."
