"Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. "I didn't like that the mattress was very old with springs and uncomfortable. The bed sheets looked worn out, rough, itchy and a stall smell on the sheets. Everything was very old. The only thing new and nice was the bathroom. I could hear the the other persons talk, sounds, doors, thin walls. I asked about the pool that its advertised, I was told that there hasn't been a pool for 3 years now. That they have not been able to take down the old ones. "Stayed at this hotel because the reviews were promising. When I arrived, the building was a little run down and the man behind the counter was nice and inviting, however I had to ask for my room to be switched 4 times as the family above me room had their kids just running around and banging making noise. he kept saying he called to let them know to be quiet, but he in fact never did. I slept a total of 3 hours the whole night because of the kids. the next day when the receptionist was changed...

"This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least."

"Not even close to any previous stays at Marriott properties. Very disappointed. Bathroom amenities lacking, e.g. no hand or body lotion. No complimentary breakfast served. Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??"
