"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Staff for the most part were very helpful, had great communication but our room was dirty. Shower had hair, walls and carpet had stains. Bathroom over all was dirty and had a clogged sink"

"Booked a 1 bed delux but wasn’t available at check-in so upgraded to a 2 bedroom and was very happy.. these are basically like condos. So we ended up having a large living room, dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom had a king bed with soaking tub with separate shower and second room had two queen beds with separate bath. The property buildings themselves are older, but the inside was updated and very clean. Yes I would stay here again."

"My stay at The STRAT in Las Vegas started off well, but the last night completely changed my experience. Earlier in my stay, a staff member saw me with my kick scooter and simply told me it couldn’t be ridden inside the hotel. That was understandable, and I followed the rule. No one ever told me the scooter couldn’t be on the property at all. On my final night, a security officer suddenly approached me and said the scooter had to be removed from the property entirely. This was confusing and...

"久しぶりにベラージオに泊まったが、客室の冷蔵庫に個人のドリンクを入れられるスペースができていたのは良かった(ドリンク2本分位だけど)引き出しに入っていた金庫はクロークに新型が設置されていて少しびっくり。またチェックインの際に喫煙ルームを無料で指定できたのも良かった。バフェの料理の味は、値段の割には大したことないないつもと思う。これならリンクのそばにあり10〜20ドル、チップ不要のイン&アウトバーガーに行くかな。"
