"Good location, clean but small and bare room. Poor service and weak wifi. Sour little men working the luggage room. There’s always a line to the luggage"

"Excalibur Hotel is good for stay and easy to go to every where. Good location. "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I was sad one of the hot tubs was out of order since it was a cold weekend. The other remaining hot tub was full so we didn't end up using the pools. I also wished they were open until 7/8 pm."

"Because I used a 3rd party app to book the room I was charged a $400 extra fee. In addition they made certain to give me a room without a view. Also, although I arrived well after check in, the room still was not ready. I will be skeptical of using 3rd party apps from now on!"

"Check in dan check out proses lama. kamar berisik."

"Should have coffee maker, microwave, ceramic cup(not plastic), better ventilation. The room felt stuffy. We had dinner at Bella restaurant on 10/14/26 and the food was delicious. Eve waitress and another female waitress(I didn’t get her name) were so great and pleasant. They provided great hospitality. Thank you."
