"We got off of our cruise early in the morning and went straight to the hotel. We are expecting to just be able to drop off luggage off and walk around for a few hours then come back and check in to our room. To our surprise, they had a room available and allowed us to check in and go to our room right away. This was probably before 10am. That was an awesome thing to experience and was very unexpected!"

"I arrived at 5:10pm and room was not ready. I was offered a chance to change in gym which required me to drag suitcase down 3 flights of stairs. I could not get suitcase back up"

"I visited from Toronto for 5 days. The Hotel was my home away from home ! I came back to a clean room, fresh towels and a freshly made bed. I had the best sleep and I heard nothing outside my room.
