"Hair still just outside the shower, room just wasn’t very clean. The lobby was kind of all over the place. Also they make you pay an additional $50 for parking. They also charge another $25 fee for some BS. Those surprise fees we not appreciated at all."

"Our air conditioning quit working in our room half way through our trip. They did fix it right away. Which was good I pulled the 2 dressers apart and found food and crumbs, it was nasty. Parking for $20 a night was absurd Our TV remote also needed new batteries. Overall I felt like the room needed some more time spent doing a thorough cleaning job. The staff was quick and polite about getting our AC and remote problems solved. Perks, were the breakfast, location, and staff."

"Well when booking it states breakfast is included. But when you get to the check in clerk they will politely tell you, you have to pay $20 per adult for breakfast. I have already paid to stay in a hotel breakfast should be included with the stay. Also who in their right mind pays $20 for breakfast. I wouldn’t pay that even at a restaurant. And there was no coffee at the coffee station"

"We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available for 2 hours after check-in. We had traveled for much of the day to get to that hotel, and we were hungry when we arrived. While the bar opened at 4:00, no meals were available (either in the restaurant/bar or via room service) until 5:00.
