Didn’t like that we were not informed of mentally ill individuals living there. One person was screaming at the clerk and was very agitated Another was seen down the hall from our room exhibiting bizarre behavior A third man was in crisis.. recently psych discharge having a hard time coping. He was calm and respectful with the clerk… wanted the hospital contacted. The clerk handled the people quite well… respect, reassurance given… very good with both I’m a Mental Health Professional… kudos to the staff.

The property was very clean and looks newly renovated. I did not receive any house keeping service throughout my stay so I’m not sure if they offer that during the stay. The parking fee felt unnecessary and could be lessened if anything. I do wish the property had a proper ice and water machine.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the hotel and room were clean, if a little dated. The room was outfitted well for short- and medium-term stays with service for 2, full-size fridge and dishwasher, and multi-burner induction cooktop plus good sized microwave. There was a bit of build up in the hallways where residents pile up

After booking I saw some of the negative reviews and thought, “Great” I picked the wrong place. But once we arrived it was a little hard to find at first but it was clean. The staff at the desk were very helpful even giving us recommendations for places for dinner nearby. Rooms were clean and quiet. They do charge a $5/ night parking fee which was surprising but it didn’t matter. We would stay again if we’re in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

I like everything the only thing the tub wasn’t clean right pubic hair everywhere. But I always have my own cleaning supplies so I took care of it. But overall it was good

We had a nice stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Burlington, MA, while visiting from New Jersey for the weekend! One thing we really appreciated was how accommodating the staff was. We called ahead to ask if an early check-in was possible since we arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in at 2 PM. That was a huge help and a great start to our stay! When we arrived in our room, we did find a stink bug/beetle that needed to be addressed. We were able to locate a member of the housekeeping staff, who notified maintenance. Maintenance arrived a few minutes later and took care of the issue. We also noticed a few unusual stains in the living room, along with some areas on the walls and in the bathroom that could use additional attention and upkeep. Despite these maintenance concerns, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove in the room. Those amenities made our weekend much more convenient and comfortable. Overall, we had a good experience, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really stood out. We appreciate how willing everyone was to assist us and accommodate our early check-in. With a little more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this property could offer an even better guest experience. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

The hotel did a great job modernizing the room, but there was a lot of noise on the third floor, the shower had lots of rust, and the floor was not clean. We found hair on the floors and toilet, and even a needle pin on our carpet. Attention needs to be paid to detail, especially safety.

This was an exceptionally clean hotel with excellent service and amenities. The suite I stayed in was thoughtfully designed and included a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, an eat-in kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a separate bedroom with a door. I was especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best places I have stayed! One thing to consider is the location. The hotel is a little outside the city of Boston, so transportation to popular attractions may cost more. However, for me, the extra travel expense was well worth it. After a day of exploring the city, I appreciated returning to a peaceful, comfortable space that felt more like my own studio apartment than a traditional hotel room. I would gladly stay here again!

What I Liked: the bed was comfortable. Walkable access to a grocery store and some restaurants and a Mall. What I didn’t like: Easy access to coffee..a basic staple in all places I’ve stayed. The old condition of the small kitchen. Poor water pressure but doable. Free WiFi advertised was only for minimal access, there was a fee per day use. Lastly, very few TV channels to choose from.

Very disappointed in my stay. The staff was ask multiple times if we could have coffee for our room. They said they would get it never did. Asked 3x for it. I asked if we could get refunded for one night bc my mother got leave the hospital early. Mind you we stayed for 6 days. They said no. Then called me multiple times to see if we are planning on leaving. I asked are u going to refund me? They said no but wanted to check someone else’s in my room. Very rude staff.

The rooms were clean and had kitchens. The staff were nice. There is a very good supermarket nearby (5 minute walk). There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you don’t have a car and want to go to Boston, go out the south side of the hotel. Walk up the hill (2 minutes). Cross the street. At the top is the 350 bus stop. You can pay with a credit card. Get off at Alewife station, and take the train.
