The desk clerk at our check-in was clearly dealing with an uncooperative new computer system but was very professional and helpful. She was quick to assist another guest who simply needed to charge a few beverages to her room account while processing our check-in. "We got 2 rooms. Our first room smelled like mj. the second was fine. When we went to take a shower the metal holder for the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up yourself to rinse off. Wasn't about to switch rooms again at that point. Ok stay for the most part. Breakfast was good."

"Trying to change a checkout date here is unbelievable between them not answering the phone or not checking there emails they will try and ignore you to screw you out of your refund. Than the room they checked me into originally someone previously had peed in there ac unit and when I turned it on I about threw up everywhere from the smell"

"The hotel rooms are showing their age. Good location but the rooms need remodeling/updating. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair. Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were out. Handle on the shower/tub was stripped so we had to be very careful about setting the water temperature before getting in the shower. Beds were fine, although not sure if the A/C could keep up."
