"Friendly staff, clean rooms, great restaurant."

"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. The facilities themselves are top-notch and well maintained, making the stay comfortable and convenient. One small thing to note: when I made the reservation, I wasn’t aware that the hotel restaurant would be closed during my stay, so there weren’t food options available on-site besides a few bites at the rooftop bar, Wild Days. This meant room service wasn’t an option either. Despite this hiccup, everything else—rooms, common areas, and service—was great. Overall, I’d definitely consider this hotel again for future trips to DC. The positives far outweighed the minor dining limitation, and I left with a very positive impression of the property."

"The best stay for a weekend trip, had the best water pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel. Keep in mind if you go during the weekend their will be a line for the rooftop and you have to have a key card to go to places within the hotel, so you will have to share the elevator with visitors."

"Staff weren’t very responsive. We requested a pack n play to be in our room, it was confirmed to check it. It was not in our room and when we called to have them send it they never did. "

"It’s not far from Metro stops. Parking near the hotel is a bit of a challenge (out front are posted “No parking, etc.”) It’s a convenient location to WH & Smithsonian. No fridge in the room was kind of lame. The Nespresso machine was nice. Everything is very clean. And they hold bags for you for the day- nice perk . "

"Stairs to enter the property which was awkward at night with suitcases. We checked in at 10 PM and had to wait 10 minutes for the single attendant. The room was good, comfortable bed and well decorated. Close to convention center, easy Uber just felt on the edge of sketchy."
