"We biked the 5 Borough Bike Tour and this was the perfect place to stay . It is a short ride over Brooklyn Bridge to the start . Staff are amazing and so helpful .Room clean with very comfy beds . Good breakfast . A great location to check out Brooklyn . Highly recommend!!"

"Stayed here early May. The staff was very nice, however the first night we noticed our shower was not very clean. There was hair and other things on the shower floor. We called and asked if they could have housecleaning just stop by and clean the shower, as everything else was ok. They said they would. When we got back that evening, the beds were made, and fresh towels were given but the shower didn’t look much different. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."

"BED BUGS. Woke up the day after leaving with distinctive bed bug bites on our legs. Currently sanitizing the hell out of our luggage. PLEASE check the mattress thoroughly before you spend a night here."

"Hotel is very old dirty and not comfortable it’s horrible to stay there even the people who works at the desk they told me we understand hotel might be remodeling soon I sent pictures and after when I see my reservation room and right back go out to front desk and gave my room keys back and I told them i need refund because on the picture it shows all clean and beautiful but in real life it is very horrible and dirty Please refund my payment and if you have a chance you can go and see in real life how horrible look that hotel Thank you! "
