"Our room was cleaned daily. Rooms are very basic and the television didn’t work. When asked the staff said there’s a lot of them that don’t work and they don’t know why. The lifts for the lower levels (2-20) are HORRENDOUS! The systems kept getting overridden and usually only 1 lift worked with queues ..."

"Fantastic location. Very small beds, like child size. Definitely upgrade. Vape detectors in room as well. That’s on me I guess, but got a $500 fine… sooo as much as I paid to stay there basically! Water vapor does NOT compare to actual smoke but I get it. Rules are rules."
