"This hotel is in a great location but in poor condition. It is old and tired and certainly NOT worth the money they charge. I stayed in a high end suite and many things did not work, were finished poorly, or were simply not up to a standard set by the Hyatt."

"The beds are very tiny and if you plan to share the bed with an adult, very crowded. The rooms are pretty small, but I figured that’s because it’s New York and they make the most of their space.
