Elevators were very slow; better off taking the stairs.
Staff took forever at guest check-in line.

"We stayed at The Muse for a total of 14 nights. The best part about it was the size of the room for 4 x adults and the location. It was easy to walk from place to place or catch the subway. Some of our PowerPoints were not working within the room, but we made it work. There were also a few issues with the lift at times.
