"I have no complaints! It was better than I expected. Small room but perfect for a solo traveler. It was clean and quiet which was surprising given location. Excellent location and staff was always super helpful and friendly. I arrived super early to the city so had about 7-8 hrs before check in but they graciously held my luggage while I explored. They also provided drink vouchers for the pub located by the lobby which was awesome !! Good experience and would book again."

"This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front...

"This hotel is not a 100% handicap accessible. There's no wheelchair curb ramp near the hotel, which made it veey difficult for my sister to get in & out of Ubers. I requested a handicap mobility room and the rooms offered did not have a walk-in showers for wheelchair accessibility. Both rooms had a bathtub with handicap grab bars, again not helpful. That was a major disappointment and I am sure a Civil rights violation. There was very low water pressure at the bathroom sink and the shower head...

"Overall great experience, clean, friendly and professional staff. The hotel restaurant was great with a wide variety. Housekeeping did a great job and the front desk was excellent. I would definitely book this hotel in the future."
