The staff was one of the most friendly I have encountered in my various stays in New York. From the doorman who helped us get our bags from the Uber to the team at the desk during checkout, we were greeted with smiles and friendliness. The restaurant inside the lobby was amazing, and the food fantastic also. Location is fantastic if you are heading out on a cruise.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. The front desk was amazing . The rooms were clean and pleasant. This was our second stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location for the cruise ship terminal.

The staff members are nice. The room size is good but the bathroom is disgusting with stained tiles and dirty walls. The carpet is also dirty and stained. A bottle of water in the room costs $9!! I changed my room three times and they all have the same stained tiles. The hotel waived my first night’s resort fee to compensate us for the inconvenience. It’s not worth spending almost $500 a night to stay in this hotel.
