Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. They have on site parking, only one key per room, a vending machine, ice machine, and nearby there’s a few stores to grab a bite a couple blocks away. The room was clean for the most part, the shower could’ve been cleaner. It’s convenient to or from the airport location and transportation wise. There was an open wardrobe for coats etc, (maybe a safe, I can’t remember), a refrigerator, night stands, a dresser, table with two chairs, tv & a bathroom with a stand up shower. I also seen someone have a smoke outside of perimeter of the establishment in comfort and away from guests without having to go too far.

Tahmid is great at reception. You need extra towels and pillows because the central a/c gets cold and you can not control it. No smart tv Available. Limited parking. Ask for extra blanket

No smart tv. Parking is forst come first serve and there is smoking rooms but the customer service over night is the most helpful from the receptionist with glasses. Small towels and only 2 small pillows provided.

Big Bed Overnight man with glasses has immaculate customer service, anything we needed was well provided for. unfortunately no smart tv which would really be helpful And extra pillows needed in rooms would be great. Bathrooms needs remodeling. Telephones are yellow from how old the plastic is.

Expedia should be ashamed to represent this property. It is a smoking only property where everyone can smoke in their rooms. The place has a central air-conditioning system that blows the smoke into all the rooms. People are screaming at the registration people who are behind behind bulletproof glass. You don’t feel safe here at all. The registration person told me after I had paid that there is no such thing as a no smoking room in this hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are handicapped, you are out of luck. There are signs all over the registration area that say no refunds. I did not stay there more than a few hours and I lost a considerable amount of money. I complained to the virtual agent on Expedia and in the future I will not trust Expedia when I decide to book a hotel room. I will call the property myself in advance and ask if they have no smoking rooms and look for a local who has already stayed there to read their review. Don’t trust virtual agents or booking services that do not employ real people.
