"Great location, the hotel was clean and the access to Times Square was indeed the main focal point. Some staff members were the most pleasant (they clearly didn’t want to be there) but it didn’t detract from the overall experience."

"The location was amazing so close to Times Square and broadway shows. You could walk to Madison square garden and the Empire State building. Comfortable beds and clean. Rooms could use an update but would stay there again."

"We love this hotel! Our daughter goes to NYU and the location is perfect. Our check in ritual is to head over to Whole Foods and the wine shop on Bowery to stock up the mini fridge. The rooms and common spaces are immaculate. Early complimentary coffee on the Lobby level is so appreciated. Can't wait for our next stay!"
