"Property was clean and central to all the great tourist destinations. Easy access to subway. Rooms were a great size and offer good views. The amenities were amazing! We used the complimentary breakfast and happy hour on many occasions. The staff were all incredible, welcoming, and helpful. Would stay again! "

"Our stay was great. Cool location right on top of F train stop. Atmospherein the hotel is relly cool. A few small things, NYC is a loud place. They have a bluetooth speaker we used to play white noise to help us sleep. This hotel doesnt have coffee in the room or complimentary in the lobby. Have to pay at their cafe for coffee. Hotel should consider getting rid of iPad check in. Does anyone like that? There were to great agents there to help, Graham and EK. Give them a raise and hire more front deak agents. Ditch the iPads. Overall, i would recommend and return to this hotel."
