This hotel is central to almost everything. The staff was very helpful and attentive, rooms were clean and breakfast was included so this was a big deciding factor when booking. I will be a repeat customer! The only complaint was the elevators were slow but if you call the front desk they will make sure the elevator makes it to your floor.

Great location next to the 28th St subway on a calm street with flower shops. Clean room, small but with all the cooking gadgets you may need. Free coffee in the lobby and a generous breakfast buffet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to MSG and a lot of fun neighborhoods. It felt very safe. Our room was clean and the coffee was nice. We didn’t really utilize the breakfast other than grabbing a banana or a piece of fruit, but it was nice that it was there if we wanted it.

The rooms are TINY!! But that didn’t bother us since we were out exploring. The breakfast was great and really all you needed to start the day. We did ask for a safe and never got one delivered to the room. Was disappointed about that. The hotel is on a street with flower shops so that was neat! Was close to the subway which came in handy!

Overall our stay was excellent. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are small, which is expected in city hotels, but very clean and offered a nice little kitchenette. Breakfast was nice with many options. Valet parking pickup was the only complaint because it took a long time to get our car from what we were told was due to a ‘closed road’ situation. Otherwise a great spot!

We had amazing stay celebrating our wedding anniversary in NYC. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful! We loved our room, comfortable beds and updated bathroom and kitchenette. Continental breakfast had so many options - fresh NY style bagels, gf options and fresh cofee! Dinning room staff was so nice:)) location of the hotel is so convenient- close to many great spits and subway.

Stayed here for one night with a friend. Our room was clean and the staff were helpful, informative, and nice. Check out was at 11am and we were able to call the front desk at 10:50am to inquire about pushing our check out to 12pm (which they so kindly allowed free of charge). The only downside of our stay was the shower drain was clogged so the bathroom floor got extremely wet.
