"The empire hotel is centrally located to Lincoln center, Starbucks, gelato shops, shopping, and train stations. You can tell that the property is dated with upgrades. We were in room 309 and had to be moved 3x because the AC was not working properly. The staff was good about moving us and we tipped ..."
