"Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"

We got told by staff that their system is in heat mode and they cannot change it. Yet A/C was full blast in the hallways. We had a full sun facing room. They told us to sleep with windows open, a total joke for a city like New York that’s active all day and night.
