Hotel Edison Times Square
Concierge couldn’t understand us very well. Also it said broadway tix were half price on the weekend but that wasn’t true. We got wayyyy cheaper on ticket master. Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Horrible experience. Anything barely works the tv didn’t work it wasn’t even smart and there’s no WiFi there no signal no nothing. The sheets were dirty, the ac unit full of dust, the fridge in bad conditions didn’t cool… well worst experience not coming back ever.

My initial room had sheer drapes that didn't open. 2nd room has lights that didn't work. 3rd room was good until a few hours in. The sheer drapes didn't close. ...
