"Close to subways, hotel was great! Staff was remarkable! Very friendly and helpful! Luggage storage was very easy and convenient, especially since our flight arrived hours before check in! My only suggestion would be to add a shuttle to and from airports!"

"My family of 2 adults & 2 teens found this to be an ideal NYC hotel! Great location, easy walking distance to so much, including Penn station if you want to take the subway. Breakfast was good, long breakfast hours, pretty nice gym, ac worked well. We had a executive 2 queen & it was nice to have the couch & extra space. Mini fridge & microwave"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
