"Fast elevators - 6 of them so there was never a long wait. Room is small yet functional. Amazingly quiet considering the location right off of the Lincoln Tunnel. Could see the buses going in and out of Port Authority. Safe area with lots to do. My only complaint would be the lack of ventilation ..."
