"Water took a long time to get hot. Shower was poorly designed. Ended up getting the small bathroom very wet. No coffee at all. Only food was on the roof deck and was very expensive. Resort fee added to price. The beds were comfortable."

Room cleaners did a great job Staff at the front desk have no manners and lack client service esp the lady who checked us out - didn’t even greet properly or make eye contact. "Fast elevators - 6 of them so there was never a long wait. Room is small yet functional. Amazingly quiet considering the location right off of the Lincoln Tunnel. Could see the buses going in and out of Port Authority. Safe area with lots to do. My only complaint would be the lack of ventilation ..."
