PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier.

Arlo Midtown
Rooms were very clean and hotels in a good location. Not too noisy but easy access to Penn, MSG, Times Square, Theatre district and Hudson Yards. Kevin at the front desk was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgable and he put customers at ease. The hotel is already ageing though. Such a shame. ...

Booked a 2 queen room and had 2 full beds. A/C didnt get very cold. Cheaper hotels like best western are we more comfortable

The hotel was pretty good in general. Here's the good. Our room on the 18th floor was clean and quiet. We didn't here any other guests, although I can't say for sure if there were guests in any adjacent rooms. We had minimal interaction with the staff but what staff we did interact with were helpful ...
