Staff are nice but I didn’t get my hotels.com F&B credit and the water dispenser on my floor was broken meaning I had to go up and down each time I needed to get water.

Arlo Midtown
I have stayed at the Arlo Midtown several times and it never disappoints. Located just a few blocks from Penn Station makes this the perfect home base for a few days in NYC. Booked a 2 queen room and had 2 full beds. A/C didnt get very cold. Cheaper hotels like best western are we more comfortable
