"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."

"We had a great stay at Aria on Bank! The whole place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were warm with the heating on before we arrived. Great water pressure in the shower and enough crockery and cutlery for our needs in the kitchen. In the reviews we read, there was mention of the parking not being easy, we had the front upstairs rooms and parking for that unit was easy. The staff were very helpful, and any communication prior to arrival was very prompt. Would...
