"Property was not what the picture showed. Room was not a suite which is what selected. Staff was not professional or in any hotel attire. Rooms were musty, bathroom not cleaned, bar area shutdown, sheets stained and couch stained. Wifi not working adequately. Outside area furniture was not functional or able to sit on."

"We did not stay. We checked in. But once we saw the holes in the bed sheets and the beer bottle caps on the floor, we immediately checked back out and found something else. Additionally, it was clear the room had been smoked in when I requested a non-smoking room due to my daughter’s health needs."

"Asked for a handicap room and restroom was to low had a hard time gtn up , the shower too much water towards the floor very slippery you would have to be very careful floor wouldnt dry , the pillows were horrible , the beddings not so good either no breakfast just cereal, milk pour out of a gallon, just danishes i wouldnt go there again ...."

"The stay was okay, but there’s some issue with the toilet that takes it forever to flush and stop running. I also didn’t like seeing hair on shower walls when we arrived. But, I did like how they return the incidental fee back to your card quickly."

"I know a tornado came through and knocked out the internet, but it wasn't going to be available at all during my stay. The pool was not open, and I was told it had not been for a few years. For a studio, I expected at least some cups, plates, and silverware, and there was none of that. I was not impressed and left the facility earlier than I had reserved."

"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."
