Nice new hotel.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Our only complaint was there was no cold water coming out of the faucets in the room, only warm or hot water. We had to buy bottled water to drink.

This is a new hotel. The rooms are large. The staff is very friendly. I will say that the entrances are designed poorly. There is a step up into the lobby which means you can't wheel a luggage cart through the front door unless you walk down to the ramp for handicap accessibility in front of the handicap parking spaces to access the front lobby. This is true also for rear or side entrances, there's a step at the door to exit to the outside. Notably, this entrance is right next to the handicap accessible rooms. In addition the handicap accessible rooms were located furthest from the elevator and breakfast lobby. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, when I called to try to reserve a two bedroom suite, they were all booked. But upon arrival, a number of the one bedroom suites had an adjoining standard room, which served our purpose . None of the staff that I spoke to on the phone thought to offer that as an option. This is a new hotel and I'm sure they are working out the kinks. The biggest flaw was the design of the entrances.

Rooms were not cleaned for 4 nights. When I asked for a service at the reception for a following day, still nobody showed up. I had to deliver trash and old towels to the reception desk to get new garbage bags and towels.

Original room had a door lock problem, had to wait in hallway for ten minutes because no service people were available. 2nd room looked previously occupied Used hand towel on back of toilet Room keys left in room Tissue dispenser empty in both bathrooms No soap on counter in large bathroom Cracked glass on counter in kitchen Lights in king bedroom wouldn't turn on Lights in queen bedroom wouldn't turn off...had to unscrew bulbs in order to sleep Drain cover propped in corner of shower stall in large bathroom No restaurant available although referenced online. Bar not attended Room, although new, looked a bit shabby, especially in large bathroom
