"Poor customer service, I received no friendly response from any staff. Really disappointed has nothing to do with the NY Palace I used to stay decades ago. Won’t stay again."

"Very small room. Other than that a pretty nice spot, very close to Penn station and msg which was very convenient for me in my stay. Will definitely look into it next time I’m in town."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"It was only 2 elevators working to carry people for flors 4-20. So around 50 people waiting on the lobby and when the elevator came regardless that the maximum capacity for elevator was 8 people, each elevator carry around 15 if not more people. Totally desapointed!"
