"Had a good stay, traveling across country with my family and the hotel was wonderful for our overnight stop."
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlisle

"everything was very good about the stay at Microtel. We have stayed there before when traveling through the area about 2x a year. This time when traveling through the area were looking for that morning cup of coffee, before getting on the road again. To our disappointment though, they had no half and half for coffee only flavored, and regular milk. Our friends and us were not too happy. The staff said that the truck had not delivered the day prior. Wouldn't you think that someone would notice and go to the store and get half and half for the guests who are looking for that morning cup of Joe, to get started in the morning! Hope the next time we travel through the morning cup of coffee will make our day!"

"I stayed here for four days while attending a wedding. Our check in was a nightmare. There was an issue with the room locations. The clerk behind the counter was not just rude, she was downright mean, she called us names and refused to help us in any way. This continued the entire four days, when she was on duty and we needed something, we had to wait until her shift was over - I will be following up about this person with the GM. Otherwise - we had a lovely time. The staff (except as noted above) was wonderful! Kai had fixed all issues that were caused and made our trip right! The staff at the breakfast (Hannah and Darnell - you shine like diamonds, kids!!) were so cheery and fun in the mornings, we never had to ask for anything to be refilled. The hotel was older, but the housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it clean, always smiling, always a hello or good morning. The location was great; there is a lot to do and see in the area."

"Didn’t care for the water at the continental breakfast"

"The property was very clean. The breakfast was meh. The pool was enjoyable for the kids. My hairdryer was missing, replaced with a broken one and I never got another one even though I requested. Overall I thought it was a good value for the price. I do wish there was a door separating the bedroom from living area"
