The lady who sat behind the counter had us wait for couple of minutes. She was busy texting and talking to one of her staff. She did not greet us to feel welcomed . She ask me for my ID and credit card. We really did not sleep because we heard kids running outside our room and jumping above our room.

Big room with amenities

Nice hotel located in a quiet area. Room was pretty big, comfortable, clean, nice king bed. Breakfast buffet is good with fresh fruits and good coffee. Friendly staff. Recommended!

Quick stay

We had a quick one night stay to start our family east coast road trip. Hotel it very pretty and rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good and had options for picky eaters like my kids. Bathroom in room could have been cleaner, but it was fine to get by for one night.

Property was clean and provided hot breakfast daily. Approx 7-10 minutes walk from center town of Carlisle, city streets safe and well lit at night. Paige at the front desk gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town and was always pleasant and helpful. Took a 45 Uber to Gettysburg for a day of exploring and history tours. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Will Stay Here Again!!!

The front desk task was very hospitable and accommodating. Checkin and check out were efficient. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and updated. Finally found a go to place on our visits to Carlisle when we visit our daughter. There is ample parking, the surrounding area is quiet so we were able to sleep well with our busy street noise.

The hotel seems newer. Everything was in working order. I chose this hotel because of the full kitchen - there was a full size refrigerator/freezer, a cooktop, a toaster, and even a dishwasher. The only drawback was that I could hear the TV from the room next door.

Property looks and presents as quite new. Staff (Paige & Josh) were highlights as they made the early check in a friendly breeze. Room was bright, cool and well presented. If you're booking for a Carlisle event at the fairgrounds, the location is perfect. Pricing was certainly at a premium due to events.

Driving back from Maine. Had driven about 550 miles that day. When we arrived the hotel appeared new and in good condition. It was pet friendly and there was amply grassy area for the dog to run. Checking in was fast, the clerk was friendly and helpful what was available in the area. giving us a local map. The room was very clean and large. And the room was quiet. The breakfast that was provided was very good and varied with selections.

One of the better breakfasts I have eaten at a value priced hotel lately. One day was scrambled eggs and bacon--impressive. However, another morning had the disgusting egg and cheese omelets that are clearly premade and microwaved. Overall, though, several good items to eat and there was plenty. I love they have actual plates, glasses and silverware. The Wednesday social in the evening was excellent!
