"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. "The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist. This is an old Manor House that is listed, so they are restricted by what improvements they can make. It has a lot of character and charm and was very reasonably priced. "

"Check in was easy and the staff were amazing during my entire stay. I stayed in a single room, the room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out and had a decent sized bathroom. Couple of things to note: Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow. Room was in the”attic space” so being just over 5’ tall wasn’t too much of a problem, but anyone taller may find it a bit of a problem. Room had great skylights with...
