"My daughter and I stayed just one night. We did have the complimentary breakfast, which was good. The staff there were helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of fitness room.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
What kept me from giving this 5 stars was checking in.
I checked in early via the text I was sent
to “ save time” when we arrived at the hotel. However, at the reception desk, it took even longer than online. I do not feel I saved anytime.
During this transaction , the receptionist never said a word to us. After, we were handed our key cards in a card holder with the room number on it, which was good, because we were not told what floor or room we were given, nor where the elevator was. Also, thankfully, I noticed the sign in the lobby for breakfast times, because that was not given either.
The rest of the staff was great. The desk is the first thing you encounter when you enter the hotel. They set the tone of the rest of your stay.
However, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of parking , and though we are not typically “breakfast people” , we found the breakfast good- lots of options. The area was clean and staff was helpful.
The price of our room, ( 2 queen beds) was reasonable."
