10/10 in every way. Beautiful property, great location, wonderful accomodating staff and the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in.

Rydges Newcastle
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was larger than i had expected it to be which was great. The location was good as it was close to the places i was going and had the lightrail just around the corner which was handy.

Certainly not clean. Dirty carpet and dirty bedsheets in the first room - they transferred me to another room which was not a great improvement.
