We had an issue with the heater/AC unit after the first night and they immediately gave us the option to move to a new room whenever we were ready for it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is ok and free. There are plenty restaurants around. Most rooms have a great view to Mount Si. Breakfast is good and well stocked with options. "Except for one brief hiccup at check-in, which was later resolved satisfactorily, everything went very smoothly. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Bothell numerous times and have always found the staff most welcoming and helpful. They also always serve a great breakfast to help get your morning started on the right foot."

"The hotel staff to begin with was very friendly upon checking in the hotel was clean beautiful layout, the room was simple. Well put together everything that you would expect. The only thing is we got a handicap room and weren’t told of that, but it didn’t really affect anything. We didn’t get a chance to take part in any of the other amenities like the pool and gym, the breakfast was as expected for a hotel nothing fancy, but they did have make your own waffles, fresh coffee biscuits, fruit...

"My first night here was a better stay. The beds weren’t as comfortable as the first night and the bathroom light shutoff on its own mid shower. The breakfast was okay, the sausage patties were very dry and didn’t have a great flavor. The pancake maker was a hit and the fresh pears! This hotel was a lifesaver as we had booked with another hotel down the road and it was dirty. Thank you for having clean space for our to stay on our last night of vacation."
