"This is a lovely little hotel in a perfect spot to visit Newcastle. The staff were all lovely and were keen to make my stay as good as possible. Best Western New Kent Hotel
"Room 29 is a small double. Clean room but bathroom was dirty with mould. Shower curtain from a Psycho movie. Definitely the worst Best Western Hotel ever. "The County Hotel is a beautiful old hotel that has been very well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff were great. Only improvement would be a better selection of toiletry items such as some lotion, shampoo and conditioner etc."
