"The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either."

"Too far out from center with absolutely nothing around. The room was muggy and super loud due to room location to building entrance. You heard people, taxis, buses, workers until 3am, then again at 6am."

"Stayed here for 3 nights, a little out of the city but you can catch a bus right outside or take a 20 minute stroll in (if weather is ok). On a busy road but couldn't hear the traffic. Nice little bar area in which you can order bar snacks or opt for the resturant which was lovely. Attached to a petrol station if a snack is needed instead. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. We would stay again as managed to rest at night which is much needed when using the hotel as a base like we did."

"Blinds in room weren’t all hanging but reception team were fab!"

"There really were no amenities. Also, the shower head was leaking and there was water on the bathroom floor. The shower floor was very slippery"

"Clean rooms great staff. The only downside was there was no lifts or elevators so it was a maze to get up to the upstairs room especially if you have luggage is so something to note. The noise is quite significant at night time because it is right across the pub but they do offer earplugs if needed"
