"The Inn at Mt. Snow was great. The property is recently renovated and really very nice. Common areas are clean, welcomig, well appointed. Inn Keepers/owners were onsite daily and very accommodating and friendly. My king room was great. Very clean, roomy, also had a little outdoor porch which I enjoyed immensely. The bathroom was clean, modern and had extra towels, thats a plus in my book. Continential Breakfast was included and refreshed when ran low, there were complimentary drinks available...

We didn't like it that there was less in the breakfast room than last year, considering we paid $10 extra per person for 4 people, and that they had to unlock the door to let guests in. "The view of mountains id stunning, as is the aroma of fresh air and the enchanting songbirds. We had a great time in the small but adequate swimming pool. It is easy to miss the turn onto Laurence Lane, so it would be good if a sign were to be installed there."

I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied."
