"The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. "This is an excellent place to stay right on the water. Lovely staff who was very helpful and kind. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Ability to monitor your own heat and the windows do open. Continental breakfast with various pasties, muffins, bagels and bread. Also yoghurt and various condiments and protein bars. I would highly recommend."
